FOOTWEAR DESIGNER (M/F)
Full-time position based in Mâcon (France).
Partial homeworking possible.

POSITION
Are you creative, passionate about the world of two-wheelers, and have serious experience in footwear? We're recruiting a Footwear Designer to strengthen our R&D team. The position of Footwear Designer is a very interesting challenge, in a stimulating and dynamic atmosphere, and in a working environment infused - of course - with a passion for motorcycles and racing!
MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the R&D manager the candidate shall:
- understand the opportunities in the market.
- benchmark the competition.
- search for new materials, new solutions, new technologies.
- design & develop models.
- respect product development with suppliers in a given schedule.
- meet costs, price positioning, style, performance and consumer objectives.
- travel to factories to finalize products when needed.
PROFILE
- Bachelor (or equivalent) in design with a solid experience in footwear. Creative, meticulous and with an entrepreneurial spirit, you should have a “co-creative” spirit and like working in a team.
- Independent and having a strong sense of initiative, you should also be proactive and know how to enhance your ideas.
- Being inquisitive and having good organizational and communication skills will be crucial in order to integrate the company.
- Perfect knowledge of Adobe is compulsory.
